Edgar Roland Moll Jr., 79, of St. Louis died Wednesday, Aug. 4, 1999, at Christian Hospital Northeast in St. Louis. He was born Aug. 2, 1920, in Sikeston, son of Edgar and Stella Ginger Moll Sr. He married Mary Mahy. Moll was employed 32 years at the St. Louis Post Dispatch. He was a charter member of Crestwood Anchor Lodge 443 AF&AM. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps during World War II...

Edgar Roland Moll Jr., 79, of St. Louis died Wednesday, Aug. 4, 1999, at Christian Hospital Northeast in St. Louis.

He was born Aug. 2, 1920, in Sikeston, son of Edgar and Stella Ginger Moll Sr. He married Mary Mahy.

Moll was employed 32 years at the St. Louis Post Dispatch. He was a charter member of Crestwood Anchor Lodge 443 AF&AM. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps during World War II.

Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Mary Frances Powers of St. Louis; and two granddaughters.

He was preceded in death by two brothers.

Friends may call at Kutis Funeral Chapel in Affton after 9 a.m. Saturday.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the chapel. The Rev. Bob Werner will officiate. Burial will be at 2:30 p.m. in Cape County Memorial Park.
