Edgar Norman Fiehler, 73, of Jackson died Saturday, Jan. 19, 2019, at Hunter Acres Caring Center in Sikeston, Missouri.
He was born Aug. 5, 1945, in Cape Girardeau to George and Onieda Martha Mangels Fiehler. He and Martha Schoen were married June 30, 1973, at First Baptist Church in Jackson.
He graduated from Perryville (Missouri) High School in 1963.
He served in the United States Army, where he served in Germany.
He was self employed.
He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Jackson.
Survivors include his wife, Martha Fiehler of Jackson; sister-in-law, Mary (Bob) Stanley of Jackson; two brothers, George (Virginia) Fiehler of Nebraska and Harlan Fiehler of Cape Girardeau; and one sister, Dorothea Militzer of Altenburg, Missouri.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Helen; and three brothers, Marvin, Elvin and Raymond.
Memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Jackson, with the Rev. Joshua Schmidt officiating.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. Paul Lutheran Church.
