FARMINGTON -- Edgar Earl Chamberlain, 87, of Farmington, died Wednesday, Feb. 16, 1993, at Parklane Health Center here.
He was born Sept. 11, 1906, at Knob Lick, son of William E. and Mary E. Black Chamberlain. He was married to Mildred Herbst, who preceded him in death April 25, 1971. He then married Ethel Kaiser, who preceded him in death Aug. 30, 1993.
Chamberlain was a retired carpenter.
Survivors include a son, Elvis Chamberlain of Farmington; two daughters, Mary Porter of Cape Girardeau, Ruth Hahn of Farmington; a stepdaughter, Katherine Whitener of Fredericktown; five grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at Wilson Funeral Home in Fredericktown.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. The Rev. Don Adamson will officiate, with burial in Knob Lick Cemetery.
