PADUCAH, Ky. -- Edena Horner, 84, of Paducah, formerly of Mound City, Ill., died Sunday, Nov. 12, 2000, at Parkview Nursing Center in Paducah.
She was born April 29, 1916, in Livingston County, Ky., daughter of Robert and Katie Johnson Sauvage.
She was married to Joseph Horner. He died in 1985.
She was a member of First Baptist Church in Mound City.
Survivors include a son, Jerry Taylor of Mayfield, Ky.; a stepson, Eugene Lindsey, of Troy, Ill.; a brother, Bob Sauvage of LaCenter, Ky.; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother.
Friends may call from 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at Barkett Funeral Home in Mound City.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Jerry Lindsey officiating.
Burial will be in Mound City National Cemetery.
