Floyd Edward "Eddie" Hall, 90, of Cape Girardeau died peacefully on Wednesday, April 13, 2022.

Eddie was raised and schooled in Benton, Illinois. He was a starting guard on the varsity Benton High School Ranger basketball team. While attending high school, he met his future wife, Sue. He graduated from Benton High School in 1949.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Also, he was a long-time employee of Suedekum Electronic Supply Company in Cape Girardeau.

Eddie is survived by his wife of 69 years, Sue Hall. Their union was blessed with three daughters. They and their husbands are Dr. Karie and Brad Hollerbach, Rebecca and Charles Decker, and Zara and Ron Seabaugh, all residents of Cape Girardeau.

Eddie was known as "Pa" and will be remembered by his beloved grandsons and great-grandchildren, Tyson Seabaugh and his wife, Jennifer; Derrick Seabaugh and his wife, Rebekah, and their three children, Mikayla, Annika, and Keegan.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date, with his interment in Benton.

Arrangements were by McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson.
