PATTON, Mo. -- Walter Edwin "Ed" Mungle, 70, died Friday, Dec. 21, 2001, at the Mineral Area Hospital in Farmington, Mo.
He was born Feb. 8, 1931, at Fredericktown, Mo., son of Walter K. and Jettie P. Seabaugh Mungle.
He was a member of Reagans Chapel United Methodist Church and had worked many years at area livestock auction companies.
Survivors include two brothers, Harry Mungle of Fredericktown, and Sam Mungle of Marble Hill, Mo.; two sisters, Ethel Marshall of Wood River, Ill., and Janet Schaefer of Fredericktown.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. today at Liley Funeral Home in Patton. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at the chapel, with the Rev. J.E. Corbin officiating. Burial will be at Reagans Chapel Cemetery near Patton.
