CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Earl J. Brucker, 72, of Chaffee died Sunday, March 17, 2002, at his home.
He was born June 1, 1929, in Cape Girardeau County, son of Ambrose and Frances Rose Kirchdoerfer Brucker.
Brucker was a self-employed dairy farmer for 53 years. He was a member of the Chaffee Elks Lodge 1810.

Survivors include a son, Dewain Brucker of Chaffee; a brother, Lawrence Brucker of Chaffee; and two sisters, Pauline Uhrhan of Chaffee and Dorothy Quade of Gordonville, Mo.
He was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.
Friends may call after 4 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee. Elks services will be at 7 p.m.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the chapel, with the Rev. Ralph Duffner officiating. Burial will be in Union Park Cemetery in Chaffee.
