The infant, 17 days, died Sunday, May 19, 1996, at St. John's Mercy Hospital in St. Louis.

He was born May 2, 1996, in St. Louis, son of Michael G. Childers and Bobbi S. Stoffregen.

Survivors include his parents of Sikeston; paternal grandparents, Betty Tingle of Smithland, Ky., Eddie Childers of Bertrand, and maternal grandmother, Mary Stoffregen of Advance.
