Dr. Julia Ann Heath, 48, of Marion, Ill., died Saturday, March 11, 2006, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.
She was born May 25, 1957, in Harriman, Tenn., daughter of Ed and Audrey Heath. She married Bruce Westcott.
Heath was a graduate of the University of Tennessee and its School of Medicine. She won the Ellen Quinn Award for Excellence. She was a physician/psychiatrist at Marion Veterans Administration Medical Center.
Survivors include a son, Andrew Westcott of Cape Girardeau; her mother, Audrey Mee of Rockwood, Tenn.; a brother, Stan Heath of Farragut, Tenn.; a stepbrother, Tommy Mee of Rockwood; and a stepsister, Victoria Weaver of Rockwood.
She was preceded in death by her father and stepfather.
Friends may call at Evans Mortuary in Rockwood from noon to 2 p.m. today.
A private graveside service will be held at a later date in the Roane Memorial Gardens, with the Rev. Charles Kelley officiating.
