PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Dr. Edgar L. Miesner, 83, of Perryville died Monday, Dec. 24, 2018, at Perry County Memorial Hospital in Perryville. Visitation will be held at Immanuel Lutheran Church on Monday from 9 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Matthew Marks officiating.
