BELL CITY -- Douglas Wade Meyers, 49, of Bell City, died Wednesday, July 29, 1992, at his home.
He was born Sept. 3, 1942, at Bell City, son of Roy Charles and Minnie Florence Wood Meyers.

Meyers was a carpenter, and veteran of the U.S. Army.
Survivors include a sister, Henrietta Gilles of Cape Girardeau.
There is no visitation or funeral service. Burial will be in Unity Cemetery at Benton, with Morgan Funeral Home of Advance in charge of arrangements.
