JONESBORO, Ill. -- Douglas "Scotty" King, 11, of Jonesboro died Monday, April 25, 2005, at his home.
He was born Feb. 22, 1994, in Carbondale, Ill., son of Douglas Dean and Lisa Marie Davis King. He was a student at Jonesboro Elementary School. He attended Landmark Pentecostal Church in Anna, Ill., and United Pentecostal Church in Dongola, Ill.
Survivors include his mother, Lisa Mull of Jonesboro; his father of Cobden, Ill.; four sisters, Christina Davis, Trevyn Garris and Trista Mull of Jonesboro, Stephanie King of Cobden; maternal grandfather, Johnnie Davis of Jonesboro; and paternal grandparents, Fred and Betty King of Cobden.
Friends may call at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna from 10 a.m. Thursday until time of service.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Revs. Richard Pearce and Robert Goins officiating. Burial will be in Cobden Cemetery.
