Whitehead, 67, died Thursday, Feb. 11, 1999, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born April 5, 1931, in Geneva, Ill.

Survivors include two sons, David Whitehead of Cairo, Harold Whitehead of Seattle, Wash.; a daughter, Sharon Whitehead of Seattle; a stepson, Bobby Whitehead of Karnak; two stepdaughters, Mary Underhile and Sharon Whitehead of Marion.
