Dorothy Berry Tucker, 97, of Cape Girardeau died Tuesday, Aug. 6, 2019, at Southeast Hospital.
She was born June 26, 1922, in Charleston, Arkansas, to William Henry and Minnie Opal Lawson Harris.
She first married Thomas Jefferson Berry. He preceded her in death. She then married Robert Tucker. He also preceded her in death.
She was a member of Bethany Baptist Church in Cape Girardeau.
Survivors include her son, Danny (Cynthia) Berry of Cape Girardeau; and two grandchildren, Elliott and Lawson Berry.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands; a brother, Ralph Harris; and two sisters, Bessie White and Lucy Olds.
Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. today at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.
Service will follow at 2 p.m. today at the funeral home, with the Rev. Shawn Wasson officiating. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Morris Cemetery in Bloomer, Arkansas.
Memorial contributions may be given to Bethany Baptist Church.
