PERRYVILLE -- Dorothy A. Stueve, 76, of Perryville, died Monday, Feb. 5, 1996, at Perry County Nursing Home. She was born Feb. 27, 1919, in Perryville, daughter of George Vest and Alma Litsch Sherrill. She and Adolph Stueve were married April 12, 1947. He died July 5, 1985...

PERRYVILLE -- Dorothy A. Stueve, 76, of Perryville, died Monday, Feb. 5, 1996, at Perry County Nursing Home.

She was born Feb. 27, 1919, in Perryville, daughter of George Vest and Alma Litsch Sherrill. She and Adolph Stueve were married April 12, 1947. He died July 5, 1985.

Stueve had worked at a shoe factory and at Perry County Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Longtown and its Ladies Aid.

Survivors include a sister, Mary Ealey of Fenton.

She was preceded in death by a brother and sister.

Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 5-9 p.m. today, and Thursday from 6:30-8:30 a.m.

Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Zion Church, with the Rev. Paul Winningham officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
