Dorothy Laureen St. Clair, 78, of Scott City died Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2004, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.

She was born March 21, 1926, at Kelso, Mo., daughter of William Theodore and Emma Bertha Goetz Leible. She and John Grover St. Clair Jr. were married Nov. 6, 1954, at Kelso.

St. Clair was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and VFW Auxiliary Post 6407.

Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Sue Sweeney and Kathy Wright of St. Charles, Mo.; a brother, Raymond Leible of Sikeston, Mo.; two sisters, Virginia Hovis of Cape Girardeau and Helen Cox of Kelso; and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, two brothers and two sisters.

Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City from 4 to 8 p.m. today. The rosary will be recited at 5:30.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Church, with the Rev. David Coon officiating. Entombment will be in Cape County Memorial Park Mausoleum in Cape Girardeau.
