JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. -- Dorothy Love Roth, 94, formerly of Illmo, died Friday, July 8, 2016, at St. Mary's Hospital in Jefferson City.

She was born Nov. 15, 1921, in Fornfelt, Missouri, to Jake A. and Lydia L. Will McGaugh.

She and Walton H. Roth were married Sept. 5, 1942, at Illmo.

He passed away Nov. 21, 1997.

Dorothy was a bank executive for the Bank of Illmo for 20 years.

She was a member of Eisleben Lutheran Church and former member of the Ladies Aid in Scott City.

Survivors include a daughter, D. Diane (Michael) Wyatt of Bartlett, Tennessee; two sons, Geoffrey J. (Tonya) Roth of Jefferson City and Timothy W. (Gail) Roth of Houston; five grandchildren, Jay Roth, Scott Wyatt, Lori Parsley, Elizabeth Roth and Jacob Roth; and four great-grandchildren, Allison Wyatt, Melanie Wyatt, Brayden Roth and Barrett Roth.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and two sisters.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home, with the Rev. Marty Hasz officiating.

Burial will be at Cape County Memorial Park Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.

Memorial contributions may be given to Heisinger Bluffs, 1002 W. Main St., Jefferson City, MO 65109.
