CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Funeral for Dorothy M. Henson of Gooding, Idaho, was held Jan. 29 at Demaray's Gooding Chapel. The Rev. Jim Davis officiated. Burial was in Hagerman Cemetery in Idaho.
Henson, 80, died Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2001, at Mountain View Care Center in Kimberly, Idaho.
She was born Sept. 10, 1920, at Chaffee, daughter of Robert Oscar and Minta Graves Fowler. She and James A. Henson were married Sept. 11, 1939, at Bloomfield, Mo.
Henson moved to the Magic Valley in Idaho in 1942. She had lived in Twin Falls, Wendell and Gooding.
Survivors include a son, James Henson of Mountain Home, Idaho; a daughter, Joyce Kincheloe of Kimberly; three sisters, Jackie Calvert of Chaffee, Melba Jaskolski of Pinedale, Wyo., Vera Astridge of Buffalo, N.Y.; 10 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, a daughter, a grandson and five brothers.
