DOROTHY FRANCES HARTMANN MILLS

Dorothy Frances Hartmann Mills, 77, of Cape Girardeau died Oct. 27, 1995, at the home of her daughter in Perryville.

She was born Sept. 15, 1918, near Jackson, the daughter of Samuel A. and Mary M. Sander Hartmann. On June 2, 1946, she and Paul William Mills were married at the Zion Methodist Church in Old Appleton. He died in 1969. She was a licensed practical nurse and worked at the Southeast Missouri Hospital and the Lutheran Home. She was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church in Cape Girardeau.

She is survived by a son, Stephen Craig Mills of Perryville; a stepson, Bill Mills of Cape Girardeau; a daughter, JoAnn LaFentres of Perryville; four grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and three step-great-grandchildren.

A sister preceded her in death.

Friends may call at the Lorberg Memorial Funeral Chapel, 829 N. West End Blvd., from 4 to 8 p.m. today. Funeral service will be at 3 p.m. Monday at the Lorberg chapel, with the Rev. Ed Hankinson officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park.
