DOROTHY F. EAVES

ANNA, Ill. -- Dorothy Frances Eaves, 83, of Anna died Sunday, Jan. 14, 1996, at Union County Hospital in Anna.

She was born Aug. 23, 1912, in Union County to Walter and Gertie May Rothrock Winn. On June 16, 1928, at Marion, Ill., she married George Omer Aaron, who died in 1956.

Survivors are a son, George Robert Aaron of Belleville, Ill.; four daughters, Dorothy Marie Marks of Mount Vernon, Ill., Delores May Thomas of Eureka, Ill., Betty Hickam of Jonesboro, Ill., and Shirley Lea Major of Springfield, Ill.; a brother, Carl Winn of Cobden, Ill.; and a sister, Mabel Landreth of Cobden; 14 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. today and from 11 a.m. until time of service Tuesday at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna. Service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Scott Harner officiating. Burial will follow in Anna Cemetery.
