DORENA H. POPP

Dorena H. Popp, 93, 8 Camellia, died Thursday, Oct. 21, 1993, at the Lutheran Home.

She was born March 25, 1900, at Egypt Mills, daughter of Charles H. and Dorothea E. Gerlach Reimann Sr. She and Walter W.J. Popp were married Sept. 25, 1927, in Cape Girardeau. He died Jan. 13, 1985.

Popp had worked at a shoe factory here, and was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.

Survivors include four sons, Kenneth Popp of Oak Ridge, Stanley and Eugene Popp of Cape Girardeau, Donald Popp of St. Charles; four brothers, Walter Reimann of McClure, Ill., Rudy and Ernest Reimann of Cape Girardeau, Ivan Reimann of Gale, Ill.; a sister, Erma Bettlach of St. Louis; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren, and 10 great-stepgrandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at Lorberg Memorial Funeral Chapel. The Rev. David V. Dissen will officiate, with burial in Memorial Park.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m. today.
