DORA BUCHHEIT

PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Dora Emma Buchheit, 90, of Perryville died Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2000, at Perry County Nursing Home.

She was born Nov. 4, 1909, at Biehle, Mo., daughter of Frank and Theresa Kirn Unterreiner. She and Alphonse G. Buchheit were married Sept. 9, 1930. He died March 19, 1966.

Buchheit worked at a shoe factory in her younger years. She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.

Survivors include two sons, Clyde and Albert Buchheit of Perryville; three daughters, Dorothy Alkemeyer of Perryville, Helen Rolfing Sr. of St. Peters, Mo., Ann Bodenstein of Gordonville, Mo.; a brother, Raymond Unterreiner of Perryville; two sisters, Lorene Horschman and Frances Courtois of Perryville; 15 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, two sisters, and two grandsons.

Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 4-9 p.m. today, and Saturday from 6:30-9:30 a.m. The wake will be at 7 tonight.

Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Vincent's Church. The Rev. Kevin Fausz will officiate. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
