He was born Dec. 2, 1940, in Scott County, Mo., son of Joel C. and Clara M. Collins Seabaugh.
Seabaugh was employed as a journeyman diesel mechanic for many years and served in the United States Air Force as an Airman First Class from February 1958 until his discharge in November 1965.
Survivors include three daughters, Leatha Veronie and Melanie Window, both of Magnolia, Texas, and Shelly Seabaugh of Vinton, La.; six brothers, Emmett Seabaugh of Scott City, Mo., Harry Seabaugh of Troy, Mo., L.C. Seabaugh of Houston, Texas, Marlin Seabaugh and Terry Seabaugh, both of Sulfur, La., and Kevin Seabaugh of Jackson; five sisters, Esther Henderson of New Smyrna Beach, Fla., Barbara Williamson, Jackie Quade, Joan James, and Thelma Flowers, all from Jackson; and seven grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. today at McCombs Funeral Chapel in Jackson.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. John Rhodes officiating. Burial will be in Russell Heights Cemetery.
