JACKSON -- Donald Lee Masters, 62, of Jackson, died Monday, Sept. 16, 1991, at St. Luke's Hospital in Chesterfield.
He was born March 16, 1929, at Jackson, son of Muriel Masters. He and Wilma Whittaker were married in 1968.
Masters was an accountant at Missourian Litho and Printing Co. in Cape Girardeau. The couple lived in Cape Girardeau 17 years, moving here in 1968. For the past six years they had traveled continuously throughout the U.S. He was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Chapel.
Survivors include his wife; three stepsons, Edward Schilling of Jackson, Jerry Schilling of El Paso, Texas, Timothy Schilling of Houston, Texas; a stepdaughter, Crystal Hilse of Ballwin; nine stepgrandchildren, and a great-stepgrandchild.
Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Cracraft-Miller Funeral Chapel. The Rev. William Matzat will officiate, with burial in Jackson City Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m. today.
