DONALD L. SKELTON

BLOOMFIELD -- Funeral service for Donald Lee Skelton of Bloomfield will be held at 2 p.m. today at Chiles-Cooper Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery near here.

Skelton, 65, died Friday, April 22, 1994, at his home.

He was born March 5, 1929, at Bloomfield, son of Elmer and Oda Littel Skelton. He and Jackie Bess were married in February 1945.

Skelton attended Southeast Missouri State University. He moved to Florida in 1962, and returned to Bloomfield in 1975. He was a member of First Baptist Church here, and Bloomfield Masonic Lodge 153 AF&AM.

Survivors include his wife; three sons, Donald Skelton of Jupiter, Fla., Gary Skelton of Port St. Lucie, Fla., Larry Skelton of Deltona, Fla.; eight grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
