Donald R. Barlow, 69, of Delta passed away Thursday, May 26, 2016, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Sept. 26, 1946, in Oran, Missouri, to the late Rev. Russell and Alene Randles Barlow. He married Carolyn Dailey on Sept. 17, 1990, and she preceded him in death April 30, 2006.
Donald retired as a truck driver after over 15 years with Semo Box Co. in Cape Girardeau. He was a volunteer firefighter for the Woodriver, Illinois, fire department for over 15 years. He was a member of the McClure United Pentecostal Church, McClure, Illinois.
Survivors include his two sons, Allen (Ginny) Barlow and Bobby Barlow, both of Delta; three grandchildren, Courtney, Brady and Dalton Barlow; two great-grandchildren, McKayla Barlow and Meika Dahl; and a brother, Jimmy Lee Barlow of Delta.
Besides his parents and wife, he also was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Michelle Barlow; and a sister, Doris Hull.
Friends may call after 11 a.m. until the time of service Saturday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee, Missouri.
The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Robert Smithey officiating. Burial will be in Union Park Cemetery in Chaffee.
