OZARK, Ala. -- Dixie Jean Shuls checked in Feb. 24, 1941, to Drucilla and Virgil Shuls.
Dixie Jean Shuls Carnell Williams checked out Friday, Dec. 23, 2016, leaving a loving husband, Bobby Williams.
No services needed; he knows she's gone.
Dixie is survived by daughter, Angela (Cisco) McNabb, and grandsons, Joseph McNabb and Taran McNabb; son, Cameron (Lisa) Williams, and granddaughter, Lindsay Williams; daughter, Cynthia Williams, and granddaughters, Becca Parada, Renee Jones and Robin Mendoza, and grandson, Robert Mendoza; brother, Douglas (Debbie) Shuls; sister, Carol (Morrell) Diebold; a special sister-in-law, Betty Shuls; along with several nieces and nephews.
Dixie was preceded in death by her brother, Benny Shuls.
She loved many, trusted few and always paddled her own canoe.
