Dennis Karraker, 71, of Cape Girardeau, died Monday, Sept. 21, 1992, at his home.
He was born Sept. 13, 1921 near Dongola, Ill., the son of Devoter and Cora Coffman Karraker.
He was married on Oct. 7, 1945 to Norma Jean Rinehart, who preceded him in death on April 19, 1992.
He was a member of the Church of Christ in Cape Girardeau and a veteran of World War II.
Surviving are one son, David Karraker of Decatur, Ill.; a daughter, Barbara Pruitt of Cape Girardeau; one sister, Lova Vines of Cape Girardeau; a brother, Lester Kaufman of Anna, Ill.; five grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.
Friends may call at the Crain Funeral Home in Anna after 5 p.m. today and on Wednesday until time of the service.
Funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Anna Church of Christ with David Bragg officiating. Burial will be in the Christian Chapel Cemetery with military rites by Carroll P. Foster Post No. 3455 of the VFW.
