Delphine C. Buhs, 90, of St. Louis, formerly of Cape Girardeau died Friday, Aug. 26, 2005, at St. Alexius Hospital in St. Louis.

She was born Nov. 19, 1914, in Scott County, Mo., daughter of William L. and Rosalia Ziegler Buhs.

She was a member of St. Mary's Cathedral and the Council of Catholic Women.

She worked as a seamstress, and worked at Eli Walker Co., Dorsa Dresses and Lowanbaum's.

Survivors include a sister, Aleen Dirnberger Huck of St. Louis. Other survivors include nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Coleta and Marcella and two brothers, Sylvester and Richard.

Friends may call at Lorberg Memorial Funeral Chapel from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Tuesday.

A Mass of Christian burial will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at St. Mary's Cathedral in Cape Girardeau. The Rev. Patrick Nwokoye will officiate, with burial at St. Augustine Cemetery, Kelso, Mo.

Memorials may be made the St. Mary's Cathedral and School.
