SIKESTON -- Funeral service for Delphia Elliott of Sikeston will be held at 2 p.m. today at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Alma Reynolds will officiate, with burial in Memorial Park in Cape Girardeau.

Elliott, 95, died Monday, Sept. 27, 1993, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Oct. 10, 1897, at Malden, daughter of Victor and Lydia Forrest Phelps. She and B. Frank Elliott were married Aug. 9, 1923, in Cairo. He died July 21, 1974.

Elliott was a member of Bertrand United Methodist Church.

Survivors include four daughters, Marian Wills of DeSoto, Helen Christiansen of Memphis, Tenn., Lois Taylor of Columbia, Tenn., Rose Ford of Ashland City, Tenn.; 17 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sons, a daughter and granddaughter.
