Delores Heffner

MARBLE HILL, Mo. — Delores M. Heffner, 71, of Marble Hill died Saturday, June 21, 2008, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Dec. 2, 1936, in St. Louis, daughter of William James and Willetta Ploch Herbst. She and Richard Heffner were married June 18, 1955.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, John and Mark Heffner of St. Charles, Mo.; two brothers, Bud Herbst of Spanish Lake, Mo., Sonny Herbst of House Springs, Mo.; two sisters, Dorothy Harper of Wappapello, Mo., and Doris McDonald of St. Louis.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Gene Robbins officiating. Burial will be in Baker Cemetery near Marble Hill.
