Delmar Rhodes

BRECKENRIDGE HEIGHTS, Mo. -- Delmar Ray Rhodes, 66, of Breckenridge Heights died Saturday, April 23, 2005, at Christian Northwest Hospital in St. Louis.

He was born Feb. 12, 1939, in Bessville, Mo., son of P.F. and Della Robins Rhodes. He and Jolene Revell were married Feb. 10, 1968, at Marble Hill, Mo.

Rhodes was an electrician with Boeing in St. Louis. He was also a member of New Salem Baptist Church in Marble Hill, Mo.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Paul Rhodes and David Rhodes, both of St. Louis; three daughters, Sandy Rhodes of St. Louis, Tina Sanders and Regina Rhodes, both of St. Charles, Mo.; four brothers, Robert Rhodes of Longview, Texas, Clayton Rhodes, Charles Rhodes and Winford Rhodes, all of Marble Hill; three sisters, Ruby Fuller of Rockport, Ill., Juanita Brown and AnnaMae Irvin, both of Marble Hill; and five grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son and two brothers.

Friend may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Hutchings Funeral Chapel in Marble Hill.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Gerald Huff officiating. Burial will be in Plainview Cemetery at Marble Hill.
