SEDGEWICKVILLE, Mo. -- Della Mae Myers, 68, of Sedgewickville died Thursday, April 21, 2005, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
She was born March 12, 1937, at Painton, Mo., daughter of Lloyd and Leona Marcus Armstrong. She and Clarence A. Myers were married May 19, 1951, in Hernandez, Miss.
Myers was a former nurse and co-owner of Kevcon Home Care in Sedgewickville. She was a member of Scopus United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband; three sons, Danny Myers of Fairfield, Calif., Arthur Myers of Palm Springs, Calif., Scott Myers of Marquand, Mo.; two daughters, Patricia Turner of Horseshoe Bend, Ark., Tina Myers of Marble Hill, Mo.; a brother, Frank Armstrong of Poplar Bluff, Mo.; a sister, Della Strop of Cape Girardeau; 11 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother and two sisters.
Friends may call at Liley Funeral Home in Patton from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Sunday, and after 9:30 a.m. Monday at Scopus United Methodist Church.
The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, with the Rev. Anthony Stewart and James Hartman officiating. Burial will be in Cook Cemetery at Scopus.
