Debra K. Kelley, 55, of Jackson passed away Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2016, at her home.

She was born Sept. 30, 1961, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Harold Lee and Marilyn McDowell Bollinger. She and Steven Kelley were married July 29, 2010, in Cape Girardeau.

Debra worked for the Cape Girardeau Public Works Department for many years and also for Southeast Missouri State University.

Loving survivors include her husband, Steven of Jackson; her mother, Marilyn Bollinger of Jackson; two stepsons, Steven (Kathy) Kelley Jr. of Hopkinsville, Kentucky, and Andrew (Shannon) Kelley of Oran, Missouri; a daughter, Cassandra Kuehn of Jackson; two stepdaughters, Jennifer Hull and Melissa Hull, both of Cape Girardeau; a brother, David Bollinger of Farmington, Missouri; a nephew, David M. Bollinger of Fostoria, Ohio; a great-nephew, Michael Bollinger; and a great-niece, Allie Bollinger Hoffman, all of Fostoria; 16 stepgrandchildren; and one great-stepgrandchild.

She was preceded in death by her father, Harold Lee Bollinger.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until noon Friday at McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson.

The funeral service will be at noon Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Jimmie Corbin officiating. Interment will be in Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson.

Memorials may be made to any charity of choice.
