TROY, Mo. -- Deborah Cotner-Norman, 63, of Troy entered her heavenly home Monday, April 4, 2016, at SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital in St. Charles, Missouri.
She was born April 26, 1952, in Cape Girardeau to Hannah Rumfelt Cotner and Chester Cotner.
Deborah graduated from Central High School in 1970. She attended licensed practical nursing school at the Cape Girardeau Career and Technology Center in Cape Girardeau.
Deborah married Randy Norman on Oct. 14, 2006.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters and three brothers.
She is survived by her husband, Randy Norman of Troy; a son, Cody (Megan) Cotner; a grandson, Bentley Cotner of Jackson; a stepson, Jeff (O'Hara) Norman; a stepdaughter, Jessica (Andy) Koval; stepchildren, Jackson and Claire Norman and Luke Koval; a brother, David Cotner of Cape Girardeau; two sisters, Judi Welsh of Jackson and Vicki (Kent) Zickfield of Cape Girardeau; and numerous nieces and nephews whom she loved very much.
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Trinity Lutheran Church, 100 N. Frederick St. in Cape Girardeau, officiated by the Rev. Douglas Breite. Interment will be at High Hill Cemetery at Neelys Landing.
