ANNA, Ill. -- Dean C. Allen, 84, of Anna died Sunday, May 29, 2011, at Marion Rehab and Nursing Center in Marion, Ill.
He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to service time Thursday at Rendleman and Hileman Funeral Home in Anna.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Les Sinks officiating. Burial will be in Anna City Cemetery, with military rites conducted by the National Guard Military Funeral Honors Team in Marion.
