MARBLE HILL, Mo. -- David Lyn Garland, 54, of Marble Hill died Monday, July 24, 2006, at his home.
He was born Dec. 15, 1951, at Marble Hill, son of Lendwood and Gracie Lucille James Garland. He and Fayetta Long were married Aug. 7, 1976, at Hurricane Fork General Baptist Church.
Garland had worked at Procter & Gamble and attended Hurricane Fork Church.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Jackie Garland; a daughter, Jessica Terbrak; his mother, all of Marble Hill; a brother, Frank Garland of Sedgewickville, Mo.; four sisters, Grace Cook and Virginia Bilek of Millersville, Carolyn Buckner and Katherine Cook of Marble Hill; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Friends may call at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill from 4 to 8 p.m. today.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Steve Sander, the Rev. Kenny Cook and Alan Terbrak officiating. Burial will be in Pulliam Cemetery.
