Darryl John Dumey, 40, of Cape Girardeau died Thursday, June 15, 2006.
He was born March 7, 1966, in Cape Girardeau, son of Larry Ralph and Dixie Lee Glastetter Dumey. He and Chantel Nicole Tuschhoff were married July 21, 1999, in Tennessee.
Mr. Dumey was a service coordinator with American Red Cross. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Abigail Dumey and Kelsey Tuschhoff of the home; his parents, Larry and Alice Dumey of Scott City; a brother, Craig Dumey of Scott City; paternal grandmother, Bertha Dumey of Cape Girardeau; maternal grandparents, Louella Glastetter of Chaffee and Louis and Evelyn Braun of Scott City; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Ronald and Janet Tuschhoff of Cape Girardeau; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Dean and Kerry Reeves of Cape Girardeau; and two nephews, Branton and Brennan Reeves of Cape Girardeau.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Dixie; and grandfathers, Elmer Dumey and Leo Glastetter.
Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the chapel, with the Rev. Jimmy Matthews officiating. Burial will be in Lightner Cemetery in Scott City.
