EAST PRAIRIE, Mo. -- Darrell Glen Husk, age 56 years, 10 months and 16 days, a resident of Cape Girardeau, passed away at 10:56 p.m. Friday, Dec. 9, 2011, in the Life Care Center of Cape Girardeau.
Born Jan. 23, 1955, at Wyatt, Mo., to the late Donald Richard and Martha Sue Childers Husk, Darrell lived in Cape Girardeau for the past 15 years. He was a maintenance worker before he was disabled.
He is survived by a son, Adam Husk of East Prairie; a daughter, Corinna Husk of Sikeston, Mo.; a stepson, Derek Housman of Bertrand, Mo.; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Vickie L. and Gary Halter of Cape Girardeau, Marla J. and Ronald Hyde of Sikeston, Wendy D. and Wayne Fitzpatrick of Cape Girardeau; five grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; and a host of relatives and many friends.
Besides his parents, one granddaughter, Hope Husk, preceded Darrell in death.
Friends may call from 3 to 5 p.m. Wednesday at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie.
