Darlene J. Winters, 55, of Cape Girardeau, died Monday, Oct. 4, 1999, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.
She was born April 10, 1944, in Rockwood, Ill., daughter of Herman and Wilma Zang Koch. She and Jim V. Winters were married Nov. 29, 1963, in Murphysboro, Ill.
She was a member of Trinity Luthern Church, and had worked as a seamstress at Hancock Fabrics.
Survivors include her husband; two stepsons, Michael Winters of Milwaukee, Wis., and Dana Herring of Nashville, Tenn.; four brothers, Delbert Koch and Wilbert Koch of Steelville, and Donald Koch and Ronald of Ada, Ill.; a sister, Marilyn Kunde of Minneapolis; and four stepgrandchildren.
Friends may call at Lorberg Funeral Chapel after 8 a.m. until the time of the service on Wednesday.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. The Rev. David Hintz will officiate, with burial in Jefferson Barracks.
