Danny Crews

MALDEN, Mo. -- Danny O. Crews, 48, of Malden died Friday, Feb. 3, 2006, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

He was born Nov. 15, 1957, at Kennett, Mo., son of Glen E. and Dorothy Bounds Crews. He and Betty Frazier were married April 17, 1997, in Blytheville, Ark.

Crews was a concrete finisher. He was a member of Spoonerville Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Danielle Crews of Ashtabula, Ohio; a stepson, Robert Brown of Clarkton, Mo.; three brothers, Doyle Crews of Fruitland, Donald Crews of Land O'Lakes, Fla., Douglass Crews of Jonesboro, Ark.; a sister, Melissa Sills of Dyersburg, Tenn.; and a grandson.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a stepson and a brother.

Friends may call at Landess Funeral Home from 1 p.m. to service time Wednesday.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Richard Blagg officiating.
