TAMMS, Ill. -- Memorial service for Daniel W. Randolph of Marion, Ind., formerly of Unity, will be held at 8 p.m. today at Jones Funeral Home in Tamms. The Rev. Wilma Williams will officiate.

Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Another service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Needham-Storey Funeral Home in Marion, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Marion funeral home from 4-8 p.m. Thursday.

Randolph, 86, died Sunday, April 9, 1995, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. He was visiting relatives in Tamms.

He was born April 10, 1908, in Stonefort, son of James and Nora Flora Randolph.

Randolph was a retired maintenance employee with General Motors in Marion. He was a member of the Chevrolet-Pontiac-Cadillac Sympathy Club in Marion, and attended the Assembly of God Church in Cairo. He served in the U.S. Army during World war II.

Survivors include his wife, the former Beulah Modglin; a son, Charles "Shorty" Randolph of Marion, Ind.; a daughter, Viola Hodges of Tamms; two brothers, Raymond and Fritz Randolph of Marion, Ind.; a grandson; four stepgrandchildren, and 10 great-stepgrandchildren.
