DAN WESSELL

JACKSON -- Dan R. Wessell, 48, of Jackson died Thursday, Sept. 9, 1999, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

He was born July 28, 1951, at Gordonville, son of George Martin and Norma Jean Stroder Wessell. He and Maureen C. Bradford were married June 1, 1973, at Jackson.

Wessell was a carpenter with Ed Thompson Construction Co. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, and former member of Zion Lutheran Church in Gordonville.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Bryan Wessell of Jackson; a daughter, Shelly Weber of Oak Ridge; his mother of Jackson; and a sister, Paula Hope of Jackson.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Friends may call at Cracraft-Miller Funeral Home from 4-8 p.m. Sunday. Parish prayers will be at 7:30.

Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Immaculate Conception Church. Msgr. Edward Eftink will officiate. Burial will be in Russell Heights Cemetery.
