Dale Alfred Borchelt, 53, of Montgomery City, Mo., formerly of Cape Girardeau, died Friday, Sept. 13, 1991 in Mexico, Mo.
He was born April 30, 1938 in Cape Girardeau to Ivan Weldon and Eva G. Green Borchelt.
He was married July 14, 1962 to Dorothy Hulshof. She survives of the home in Montgomery City.
Other survivors include: one son, Robert D. Borchelt of Milwaukee, Wis.; two daughters, Eva M. and Michelle D. Borchelt, both of the home; one brother, Robert D. Borchelt of Cape Girardeau; two sisters, Dorothy Ramsey of Cape Girardeau and Edith J. Anderson of Columbus, Ga.; and two granddaughters.
In 1957, he graduated from Cape Central High School.
He owned and operated Borchelt Realty in Montgomery City.
He was a member of Immaculate Conception Church. He served in the U.S. Navy. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Lion's Club, the Missouri Association of Realtors, and the East Central Board of Realtors.
Funeral services will be Monday at 10 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church in Montgomery City. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery.
Visitation is scheduled today at the Schlanker Funeral Home in Montgomery City from 4-8 p.m. A wake service will be held at the funeral home at 7:30 p.m.
