CYNTHIA LOU WALTER

EAST PRAIRIE -- Cynthia Lou Walter, 38, of Concord, Calif., formerly of East Prairie, died Friday, Nov. 18, 1994 at her home.

She was born Feb. 26, 1956, in Sikeston, daughter of George and Nettie Bone Banks of East Prairie.

She married Dennis Walter on May 30, 1981. He survives.

Walter was employed by the American States Insurance Co. as a claims adjuster. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Concord.

She is survived by two sons, Carl Walter and Bryce Walter, at the home; a daughter, Sarah Walter, at the home; two brothers, Keith Banks of Suisun City, Calif., and David Banks of Alexandria, Va.

The service will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie. Burial will be in East Prairie Memorial Park Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home Monday after 4 p.m.
