Cynthia Chasteen, 46, of Cape Girardeau died suddenly Sunday, June 4, 2006, at her home.
She was born Dec. 13, 1959, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Harry A. and Joan Lee Fletcher Siemers.
Chasteen was a graduate of Central High School and Sikeston School of Cosmetology. She worked at Famous-Barr and Dillards and was a hairstylist in Jacksonville, Fla.
She was a former member of Trinity Lutheran Church.
Survivors include her mother, Joan Masters of Cape Girardeau; two brothers, Matt Siemers of Cape Girardeau, Seth Siemers of St. Louis; three sisters, Diane Gault of Kansas City, Mo., Jean McGinnis of St. Louis, Mo., and Debbie Bickings of Cape Girardeau.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home from 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Cape County Memorial Park.
