SIKESTON -- Curtis Shane Street, 4, of Sikeston died Saturday, Oct. 24, 1998, at St. Louis Children's Hospital.

He was born May 11, 1994, at Cape Girardeau, son of Michael Wayne and Sondra Kay Martin Street.

He was a member of Trinity Gospel Church.

Survivors include his parents; a sister, Courtney Ann Street of Sikeston; his paternal grandparents, David and Nadine Wallace of Sikeston and Bob and Betty Faulkner of Fredericktown; his maternal grandparents, Gary and Mary Keltner of Terre Haute, Ind.; his paternal great-grandmother, Violet Wallace of Matthews; his maternal great-grandfather, Francis W. Denning of Charleston.

Friends may call at Blanchard Funeral Chapel in Sikeston from 5 to 8 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the chapel. The Rev. Larry Davis will officiate with burial at Dogwood Cemetery.
