SIKESTON -- Memorial service for Connie Foster will be held at 5 p.m. today at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel. The Rev. John Tolbert will officiate.

Friends may call at the chapel from 4 p.m. to service time.

Foster, 65, died Thursday, April 11, 1996, at Sikeston Convalescent Center.

She was born May 24, 1930, in Sikeston, daughter of John Everett and Cora Bell Harbison Masters.

Foster had been a cook at Sikeston Convalescent Center, and had also worked at Himmelberger-Harrison Manufacturing Co. in Morehouse.

Survivors include two daughters, Carolyn Hunt of Blytheville, Ark., Jo Ann Dixon of Modesto, Calif.; her mother of Sikeston; four brothers, Everett Masters of Marble Hill, Norman Masters of Stockton, Calif., Lonnie Masters of Sikeston, Frankie Masters of Stafford, Va.; two sisters, Corene Harnish of Decatur, Ill., Barbara Legate of St. Louis; six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a sister.
