Coletta Heisserer

NEW HAMBURG, Mo. -- Coletta Louis Heisserer, 86, of New Hamburg, Mo., died Saturday, June 14, 2003, at Chaffee Nursing Center.

She was born Oct. 7, 1916, at Kelso, Mo., daughter of the late Joe and Elizabeth Enderle Glastetter. She and Joe P. Heisserer were married Nov. 22, 1938.

Survivors include her husband; four sons, Joe A. Heisserer, Elmer Heisserer and Ralph Heisserer of New Hamburg, Mo., and Tom Heisserer of Jackson; four daughters, Dorothy Menz of New Hamburg, Mo., Anna Bollinger of Scott City, Helen Cleary of Jackson and Kathy Boesch of Oak Hill, Va.; 29 grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, nine great-stepgrandchildren and a great-great-stepgrandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, six brothers and four sisters.

Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Home in Chaffee at 4 p.m. Tuesday. Parish prayers will be at 7 p.m. Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in New Hamburg. The Rev. Normand Varone will officiate, with burial in St. Lawrence Catholic Cemetery in New Hamburg.
