PERRYVILLE, Mo. — Cole Allen Klaus, 34, of Frohna, Missouri, passed away Friday, July 7, 2023.
He was born Aug. 21, 1988, in Cape Girardeau to Timothy Klaus and Dawn Mueller Klaus.
Cole was the owner of Klaus Tree and Timber LLC., member of Missouri Forest Products Association and was a very skilled mechanic. He was an excellent father to all of his children. He spent his time providing for his family and also growing his business. He loved what he did, especially using his Clark Skidder for logging, which he was very proud of. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Survivors include fiancee, Bobbi Welker of Patton, Missouri; son, Wyatt Klaus; three stepdaughters, Dravyn Silas, Abigail Stevens and Alison Stevens; stepson, Zach (Greta) Stevens; brother, Milan (Stephanie) Klaus of Uniontown, Missouri; sister, Olivia (fiance Joshua Hyler) Klaus of St. Louis; expected grandson, Henry; nephews, Walker and Waylon Klaus; maternal grandmother, Norma Jean Mueller of Frohna; and paternal grandmother, Verla Klaus of Freidheim.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Harry Mueller, and paternal grandfather, Donald Klaus.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, July 14, at Ford and Young East Perry Chapel in Altenburg, Missouri, and from 8 to 10 a.m. Saturday, July 15, at Concordia Lutheran Church in Frohna.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 15, at the church, with the Rev. Paul Hoemann officiating. Burial will be at Concordia Lutheran Cemetery in Frohna.
Memorial contributions may be given to family use for the benefit of his children.
